Swissport hospitality brand Aspire Executive Lounges has unveiled its latest lounge experience at YYC Calgary International Airport.
The new Aspire WestJet Garden Lounge was designed in collaboration with WestJet, and is located on the Transborder Departures level within the US terminal (E Gates) at the airport.

The lounge serves as an extension to the airport’s existing YYC Aspire Transborder Lounge and adds an additional 90 seats, bringing total capacity to 216. Design work for the area was handled by Canadian firm Menard Dworking (MRDK) and features an interior garden concept.
David Collyer, Global Senior Vice President of Executive Lounges at Swissport International, said:We are excited to unveil the Aspire WestJet Garden lounge at YYC—an expansion that underscores our dedication to elevating the travel experience. With more space, upgraded amenities, and a peaceful garden-inspired atmosphere, this new lounge welcomes all guests, regardless of their class of travel, to relax and recharge before their journey.
The lounge offers a selection of complimentary, full-service beverages, food options, high-speed Wi-Fi, charging stations and shower facilities.
Samantha Taylor, WestJet Executive Vice-President and Chief Experience Officer, said:The Aspire WestJet Garden lounge is a beautiful addition to Swissport’s Aspire Lounge, boasting impressive lounge amenities including a unique indoor garden patio.
We are thrilled to partner with Swissport to bring this new space to YYC Calgary International Airport and offer WestJet guests more convenience and comfort when they travel.
Whilst priority is given to WestJet passengers; lounge access remains open to all travellers, with entry available for purchase before all flights.
