Centralny Port Komunikacyjny (CPK) has launched a new tender to select a General Contract Engineer (GCE) for the construction of its new airport.

The GCE, also known as a Delivery Partner, will act as both Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Contract Engineer (Construction Manager).

The contract is expected to be awarded in Q1 2026

The tender will remain open until 20 October 2025, with the winner due to support the management of the entire airport construction process, providing end-to-end oversight and coordination across the site.

The Delivery Partner will also be responsible for providing support for consultancy, planning, scheduling and the integration of multiple design and construction contracts into a single programme, with the GCE’s overarching objective will be to ensure the opening of CPK Airport on time, within scope and on budget in 2032.

CPK is inviting bids from entities that have served as Project Manager on the construction and commissioning of at least one new airport project, delivered under either a build or design-and-build contract, with a minimum annual passenger capacity of 20 million.

Bidders will also be required to demonstrate that their teams have direct experience with airport construction, as well as proof of a minimum net annual revenue of 500 million PLN over the past five years.

The contract is expected to be awarded in Q1 2026.
