Through the Ministry of Finance, the Danish State now holds about 98.6 percent of Copenhagen Airports A/S. The remainder is largely owned by private minority shareholders.

Lars Nørby Johansen, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Copenhagen Airports A/S, said:

We are pleased to secure an ownership structure which ensures that Denmark continues to have a strong international airport contributing significantly to the country’s global connectivity. As one of Denmark’s largest workplaces, it is crucial to have a responsible and long-term ownership group that guarantees the airport’s continued positive contribution to the Danish economy.

Copenhagen Airports A/S has announced that it will convene an extraordinary general meeting in the near future to elect new members to its board of directors.
