Additionally, the project includes office space and an 8,000-square-foot maintenance facility for Frontier Airlines.

Construction began in the summer of 2022 and involved 83,000 square feet of remodelled space and 37,000 square feet of new concourse area.

DEN CEO Phil Washington said:

Completing the Concourse A-East expansion project marks a major milestone in our effort to serve 100 million annual passengers within the next several years. I’m proud of everyone at DEN who ensured this project was completed on time and within budget.

The expanded area offers a range of passenger amenities, including charging stations, a nursing room, pet relief area, family restroom, and a companion care room.

Dining and retail options include Snarf’s Sandwiches, Brothers BBQ, Breckenridge Brewery, and a CNBC shop, with another food and beverage outlet set to open by mid-2025.

Alex Clerc, senior vice president of customers for Frontier Airlines said:

We are very excited about the expansion on Concourse A and look forward to providing a great experience for our customers, along with increased operational efficiencies.
