AAAE/ACI-NA Airport Customer Experience Symposium

The AAAE/ACI-NA Airport Customer Experience Symposium is an annual event dedicated to airport customer experience and volunteer/ambassador programme professionals. Presented jointly by the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE) and Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), and hosted by San Jose Mineta International Airport, the symposium brings together airport professionals to explore best practices, emerging trends and strategies across all aspects of the passenger experience.
The programme covers every aspect of the airport customer journey, with a particular focus on volunteer and ambassador programmes. Approximately 250 attendees are expected across the four-day event.
All conference sessions are held at the Signia by Hilton San Jose, 170 S Market Street, San Jose, CA 95113.
