Air Cargo China is an international trade exhibition focused on the air freight and logistics industry, taking place from 23 to 25 June 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Pudong, Shanghai. The event is organised by Messe Muenchen Shanghai.

The Exhibition

Air Cargo China forms part of the broader Asia Logistics Biennale, running alongside co-located exhibitions covering sea, road and multimodal logistics to create a combined show floor of approximately 50,000 square metres. The air cargo exhibition zone spans around 15,000 square metres and brings together airlines, cargo airports, air freight service providers and suppliers of aviation logistics equipment and materials. The combined event is expected to attract around 850 exhibiting companies and 40,000 trade visitors, with a single ticket providing access to all co-located exhibitions.

Scope and Coverage

The exhibition covers the full air cargo supply chain, from freight services and ground handling through to logistics equipment, cargo handling materials and IT systems. Alongside air freight, the wider biennale encompasses warehousing and logistics real estate, project cargo, cold chain and fresh produce logistics, and smart logistics technologies. The event draws both domestic Chinese exhibitors and international participants, serving as a platform for companies looking to access or expand within the Asian logistics market.

Conference and Awards

Running alongside the exhibition, the Air Cargo Forum brings together industry specialists to discuss current developments, challenges and emerging trends within the global air freight sector. The World Air Cargo Awards ceremony is also held during the event, recognising outstanding performance by companies operating across the international air cargo industry. The awards dinner takes place on site during the exhibition period.
