Following its selection, Alstef will carry out the modernisation of 33 dual check-in counters, install a new baggage screening line and construct a new large sorting carousel.

The improvements aim to provide a more reliable and efficient baggage system, reduce congestion and future-proof operations at the airport.

Arnaud Bouquet, Regional Sales Manager at Alstef Group, said:

We are proud to support Fiji Airports in achieving this critical milestone.

This upgrade is about delivering the additional capacity and resilience Nadi International Airport needs to keep pace with rising passenger numbers well into the future.
