A highlight of the year has been Jointline’s continued success on the Forestry England Civil Engineering Maintenance & Minor Works Framework. In this four‑year, £12 million programme, reinforcing its strong position in rural infrastructure delivery and landscape enhancement. The framework spans geographically diverse areas and underpins essential infrastructure services, such as construction and maintenance of forest roads, trails, car parks, ditches and culverts, to support forestry operations, public access, recreation, and biodiversity across England’s woodlands.
On sustainability, the company saw significant progress with its PAS 2080 carbon management certification, reflecting industry‑leading practice in carbon reduction and net‑zero planning. This achievement supports the business’s strategic environmental commitments and measurable reductions in operational emissions.
Jointline also strengthened its safety and sustainability credentials with FORS Bronze accreditations across multiple depots, underscoring its dedication to quality, fleet performance, and environmental stewardship. The company also maintained its suite of ISO certifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO39001, and ISO 45001, ensuring compliance with international standards for quality management, environmental performance and occupational health and safety.
The year saw a further £1 million invested in specialist plant and equipment, enhancing capabilities in runway grooving and line marking operations at major airports including Heathrow, London Biggin Hill and Cardiff International Airport. Further investment was committed to a new high‑performance runway and highway grooving machine, which has recently been delivered and will further increase capacity. In aviation, the business also delivered precision works for at strategic defence sites including a comprehensive line marking scheme for the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, further highlighting its technical excellence.

In particular, the team delivered safety line marking works for including freezer and cold store facilities, supporting operational safety and compliance in distribution hubs and temperature‑controlled logistics.
Framework success continued in highways, with Jointline achieving top rankings on strategic tenders and a place on the NEPO framework that brings together 12 North East local authorities, enabling expanded delivery opportunities into 2026. High‑impact schemes included large‑scale urban marking programmes, highway surface improvements and community‑focused safety enhancements. The business was also proud to receive industry recognition at the Highways Awards, winning in the Street Design and Line Marking category for its work on the Bawtry Road scheme in Tickhill, which has significantly improved road safety and made a lasting positive impact on the local community.
