Miami International Airport (MIA) has been named the third-best US airport for business travellers by business travel platform Booking.com for business.
The platform analysed the world’s 50 busiest airports based on a number of key factors, including car hire practicality, connections and on-site facilities.
Amongst the study’s six categories (Number of Lounges, Number or Routes with Direct Flights, Number of Direct Business Class Routes, % of Direct Business Class Routes, Number of Three-Star Hotels within One Mile, Number of Rental Cars, Driving Time to Downtown), MIA was ranked as the highest in the US for cars available for hire with 563 total vehicles.
The airport also earned praise for the provision of 196 non-stop routes – 38 of which are business-class routes.
