A new logistics facility will support operations at John F. Kennedy International Airport’s (JFK) New Terminal One, improving how goods are delivered to the site.
The New Terminal One and JCM Business Solutions have partnered to create a Consolidated Receiving and Distribution Center (CRDC), described as the first of its kind for JFK.
The 83,500 square foot JCM Logistics Complex, set to open by the end of 2025, will manage and coordinate all deliveries to the terminal. It will include functions such as refrigerated storage, reverse logistics, and security screening, and is expected to create around 60 local jobs.
With this facility, deliveries will be screened and processed off-site, helping reduce congestion around the terminal and on airside routes.

Located near JFK Airport, the logistics complex is designed to handle the full range of incoming goods destined for the terminal. All items will pass through security checks aligned with Transportation Security Administration and Port Authority standards before being redistributed within the terminal.
By centralising deliveries in this way, the project is expected to reduce the number of third-party delivery vehicles using the airfield and surrounding roads. This approach aims to improve traffic flow, support sustainability objectives, and streamline terminal operations as construction continues.
Marisa Von Wieding, Vice President of Operations, The New Terminal One said:By partnering with JCM Business Solutions on this groundbreaking facility, we are delivering innovative logistics solutions that not only enhance operational excellence but also reinforce our commitment to local job creation and sustainability. This facility will help ensure that operations around the new terminal are as seamless and efficient as possible.
The New Terminal One is a major part of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s wider 19 billion USD redevelopment plan for JFK Airport. The programme includes new terminals, modernised facilities, updated transport connections, and simplified road access.
Initial phases of the terminal are due to open in 2026. Once operational, the new logistics hub will support day-to-day functions by providing a single point for incoming goods, from food supplies to retail stock and operational equipment.
The facility will make use of digital systems for warehouse and transport management, with cloud-based tools to improve scheduling and tracking. These technologies are intended to increase transparency and efficiency in the supply chain, supporting both routine operations and compliance procedures.
Judith E. Conlon, CEO, JCM Business Solutions said:Together with the New Terminal One, the JCM team is ready to deliver new supply chain management services with the signature customer service and operational integrity that drive optimal value to our clients. Our team of logistics and JFK operations professionals is supported by state-of-the-art technology and an exceptional facility. We are proud and excited to provide this ground-breaking service and confident that this solution will benefit the JFK community for years to come.
