The Lounge at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station has officially commenced service. As the station continues to facilitate extensive traffic, connecting to 113 destinations across the Chinese Mainland, the lounge provides an essential sanctuary for travellers seeking comfort and ease. This development builds upon PPG’s proven track record of operating high-speed rail lounges in major hubs, including Changsha, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen.
Strategically located at the Departure Concourse on Level B2 in the Mainland Port Area, the 810-square-metre lounge offers a sophisticated sanctuary for travellers. The lounge balances comfort with functionality. Guests can unwind in thoughtfully designed seating areas, while business travellers stay productive with dedicated workstations, high-speed Wi-Fi, and charging stations. An assortment of refreshments and beverages is available. Furthermore, the lounge offers private rooms and dedicated staff to assist guests through the terminal and boarding gates upon departure, ensuring that every journey begins with personalised hospitality. The space also features contemporary interiors and a bespoke mural by local artist Arthur Hang, which beautifully captures the iconic Hong Kong cityscape.
