reclaim has launched the US’ first ever luggage delivery service

The first feature offered will be carry-on luggage delivery from passengers’ doors to the pre-security airport lobby.

During the first quarter of 2026, the company will also add Remote Luggage Check-in to its product portfolio and expand its operations to other US cities.

Akmann Van-Mary, CEO and Founder of reclaim, said:

We are starting the first luggage delivery service in North America. Our mission is to make travel easier, lighter, and stress-free by picking up the traveller’s baggage from their homes, hotels, offices, or apartments, delivering it, and doing the check-in at the airport for them.

At the same time, companies partnering with us, from airports to airlines and accommodation providers, will enhance the experience for their customers while benefiting from additional ancillary revenue.

Travellers can book a luggage delivery service on the company’s website, helloreclaim.com. A team will then arrive at the given address to pick up the luggage six hours prior to departure before each bag is sealed with tamper-troof tracking tags that allow travellers to monitor the luggage’s process through its proprietary application, SMS or e-mail updates.
