Nashville International Airport (BNA) has announced the full reconfiguration of its Ground Transportation Centre (GTC).
A new system in place will see ride-share passenger drop-offs now occurring in the GTC in order to ease curb-side congestion and increase terminal roadway capacity.

Ride-share passengers departing the airport will still be picked up at the existing GTC location, which sits adjacent to the area in which ride-share drop-offs will now take place.
The reconfiguration will also introduce opt-in services for ride-share drivers looking for an instant rematch, allowing drivers to accept new requests immediately following drop-offs without the need to exit the facility itself and expediting pick-ups.
The GTC is situated less than a 5 minute walk from the Grand Lobby, and the Airport has urged travellers using ride-share services to BNA to take the walk into consideration when arranging onward travel plans.
The improvements were developed in tandem with the Terminal Access Roadway Improvement (TARI) programme, a key aspect of the New Horizon plan.
