Flexco recently announced the release of the Novitool Aero with IntelliSplice Technology to its line of light-duty endless belt fabricating tools. This new Aero features technology that enhances the user experience while enabling operators to consistently splice in 8-12 minutes.

Michelle Graves, Flexco Product Manager said:

I’m incredibly proud of the product development team behind the Novitool Aero with IntelliSplice Technology. During the creation process, we took a lot of stock in the input we heard from technicians in the field to enhance the Aero’s ease of use. Our latest generation features a touchscreen display and D-pad controllers that allow users to more easily enter splice recipe parameters directly onto the press. Additionally, the updated user interface houses key information that will make troubleshooting and completing splices much simpler. With help videos and instruction manuals, operators can more easily and confidently produce long-lasting, quality endless splices.

Flexco introduces the Novitool® Aero® with Intellisplice™ Technology

On top of tangible user interface upgrades, the Novitool Aero with IntelliSplice Technology will feature Wi-Fi and BLE connectivity capabilities. With Aero Recipe Management, operators can access their entire recipe library via the Aero Mobile App, seamlessly creating, editing, and deleting recipes and syncing back to the Aero press. In turn, users can gain splice performance insight by syncing the data cycle logs for review from their Aero Dashboard. Wi-Fi and BLE capabilities are available to North American customers at launch; more locations to follow.

Users of the Aero with IntelliSplice can expect to achieve the same high-level of endless splice quality that they have come to expect with the product line. With a wide effective heat zone of 150mm, top and bottom beams that are independently programmable, and top and bottom forced air cooling, operators can successfully complete a splice in just 8 to 12 minutes.

The Novitool Aero with IntelliSplice Technology is ideal for use in light-duty applications within industries like logistics, parcel handling, warehousing & distribution, food processing and other applications that use endless spliced belts on their conveyors.
