In a transaction valued at 305 million USD, Menzies Aviation has signed an agreement to acquire G2, a US-based aviation services provider.
G2 provides services including passenger assistance, cabin cleaning, and ground and air cargo handling, operating at more than 100 airports across the US.
The acquisition will further expand Menzies’ presence in the US and strengthen its global network, which is set to grow to operations at over 340 airports in 65 countries. The company is supported by a workforce of approximately 65,000 employees.
Established in 2005, G2 will complement Menzies’ current service offerings. Menzies entered the US market in 2000 and currently delivers ground handling, air cargo, and fuel services nationwide.

The acquisition will see G2 rebranded under the Menzies name. The company plans to introduce its established training systems, safety protocols, and sustainability practices across the newly acquired locations.

The deal is projected to increase Menzies’ annual revenue by around 20%, bringing the company’s earnings to more than 3.1 billion USD.
Completion of the transaction remains subject to regulatory approval and is anticipated by June 2025.
