NATS has announced the signing of a brand new 10-year agreement with Belfast International Airport, which will see the company extend its role as the airport’s sole Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP).
Effective from 1 July; the agreement will enable NATS to continue providing air traffic control and engineering services, supporting the delivery of safe and efficient air traffic services at the airport.

Additionally, the partnership will see NATS work with the airport on both future air traffic management and engineering projects as it continues to develop.
Owned and operated by VINCI Airports; Belfast International Airport serves millions of passengers every year, and is currently in the midst of delivery for a 100 million GBP investment programme to improve the airport’s facilities on a whole, as well as enhance the passengers experience.
Fiona Hill, Managing Director, NATS Services, said:We’re pleased to extend our relationship with Belfast International Airport through this new 10-year agreement. It reflects the strength of our long-standing partnership and provides a strong foundation for the future. We look forward to continuing to support the airport’s operations and working together as it delivers its plans for growth and development.
