SignAgent, the cloud-based platform for signage and wayfinding project and asset management, today announced the launch of an AI-powered translation tool that allows users to generate translation suggestions and approve final messaging for multilingual signage projects without leaving the SignAgent platform.
Users no longer have to depend on external translation apps or copy and paste translations one sign at a time. Instead, they can add a new language in SignAgent and generate suggested translations across selected message fields. Each translation is clearly marked as pending review, making it easy for teams to verify accuracy before approving the final copy.

- Editable at any time — Teams can still adjust translated text after approval to refine terminology or correct mistakes.
- Confidence visibility — A built-in confidence score helps teams quickly spot translations that may need extra review.
- Context-aware suggestions — Suggested translations are context-aware and tailored to signage and wayfinding terminology.
