Using Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) — the safest chemistry in the lithium-ion category — SAFEFlex batteries deliver peace of mind for crews working around aircraft, passengers, and baggage.

Sealed and self-managing, SAFEFlex batteries require no watering, acid handling, or equalization cycles. The integrated Battery Management System (BMS) automatically monitors and optimizes performance. All critical electrical components are contained in an easily accessible Battery Control Module separate from the cell compartment, reducing shop labor and eliminating hazardous material handling for crews.
