Travel Essentials
We are the global leader and expert in travel essentials. Thanks to our comprehensive proprietary and partner brand portfolio, we cover all our travellers’ needs:
Convenience: we develop one-stop shop concepts, offering a wide range of products from press, magazines and books, food and beverages, souvenirs and cigarettes to electronics, travel accessories and care products. Relay is our number one convenience brand and the leading global travel essentials convenience brand. We also partner with innovative and renowned brands such as TripAdvisor, 7-Eleven and Today. We cater to specific convenience segments, such as commuters, thanks to proprietary brand concepts like 1 Minute and Hubiz.
Souvenirs: we offer concepts deeply rooted in each platform’s culture, through our proprietary souvenir brand, Discover, and through the development of bespoke speciality concepts such as the Tour Eiffel boutiques in Paris, the Sydney Opera House store, and the official All Blacks store at Auckland airport.
Electronics: we have developed the Tech2Go electronics concept. We also partner with local industry leaders such as Fnac or Virgin in selected markets.

We tailor each brand to each market, to reflect local specificities and sense of place, while leveraging digital functionalities to offer new omnichannel services to travellers from “Click&Collect” to “Shop&Collect”.
