Toronto Pearson is partnering with CP24 to give passengers daily operational updates, which will come from the airport’s Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC).
The system will go live next week.
CP24 will broadcast real-time updates from Toronto Pearson every morning, during the weekday morning programme CP24 Breakfast. This programme will feature key airport personnel who manage the complex operations that allow the airport to run smoothly.
These updates will give passengers a better understanding of the factors that can impact travel, such as weather conditions, operational events and the like.

We are constantly looking for innovative ways to empower travellers with the information they need to feel confident and prepared for their journey, and this collaboration will bring greater visibility and insight to what’s happening behind the scenes at Pearson every day.
The updates are to give passengers a whole new insight into the daily challenges faced by the airport – including for example information about flight schedules and airfield conditions.

Airport passengers will still have access to real-time information via Toronto Pearson’s website and social media platforms so that passengers looking for updates have options about how to receive the information they are looking for.
