Denver International Airport (DEN) has installed LiveReach Media’s artificial intelligence and machine learning queue management technology to provide passengers with real-time wait time information for security checkpoints.

LiveReach Media’s zero cabling queue management system was chosen at DEN due to its compatibility with the airport’s current remodelling projects, including the Great Hall Project that will feature a new security checkpoint on the northeast side of Level 6.

As air travel recovers from the pandemic, the number of passengers travelling through DEN is rapidly increasing. The real-time information can therefore assist passengers with deciding which security checkpoint to use and how much time they should factor in to pass through it.

Abhi Jain, LiveReach Media Co-Founder, said:

It’s a tremendous honour to be selected by DEN International as the airport has worked with previous queue management vendors before the pandemic. Their selection of LiveReach Media is a validation of our vision to provide the industry’s most scalable, performant, and comprehensive offering without overcharging or overcomplicating deployment for our airport partners.

LiveReach Media’s queue management system is growing in popularity across airports. In November 2021, Philadelphia International Airport also launched a queue management system using LiveReachMedia’s platform.
