Munich Airport has officially become the first German airport to be certified at Level 3 in the Airports Council International’s (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Programme.
The first and only programme in the airport sector to provide a full view of customer experience management, the ACI Customer Experience Accreditation programme is structured into five progressive accreditation levels and provides evaluation of airports’ commitment and strategies for the optimisation of the passenger experience.

In achieving the Level 3 certification, Munich Airport has officially been recognised to have implemented a comprehensive customer experience strategy that actively involves passengers, employees partner companies.
