Ground power units (GPUs) supply electricity to aircraft while parked at the gate or on a remote stand, allowing onboard systems to function without using the aircraft’s auxiliary power unit (APU). Hydrogen infrastructure includes the production, storage, transport and distribution of hydrogen in airports for use by ground handling vehicles and aircraft.

Pre-conditioned air (PCA) systems deliver cooled or heated air to parked aircraft, maintaining cabin comfort without the need to run onboard environmental systems. PCA units are available in fixed and mobile formats and are often installed at gates as part of an integrated ground service setup. They support energy efficiency, reduce aircraft fuel usage and enhance passenger experience during boarding and turnaround.
