Veovo has announced that it has entered an agreement to acquire Dubai Technology Partners (DTP), a Dubai based airport technology and services provider.
With a strong Middle Eastern presence, the acquisition of DTP is expected to strengthen Veovo’s existing regional presence and bring new operational and AI-enabled capabilities into its existing Intelligent Airport Platform.
For its part, DTP will bring a team of roughly 60 airport specialists with hands on expertise across some of the world’s busiest and most complex airports, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and major hubs across Saudi Arabia.

Veovo plans to add a slew of complementary to its existing portfolio as a result of the acquisition, including DTP’s AirportView App, tNexus’ integration and messaging framework, and machine learning models.

The transaction is expected to be complete within a month (subject to customary conditions).
