Overview

PTE World – formerly known as Passenger Terminal Expo – is the world’s leading international exhibition and conference for the airport terminal industry. The 2026 edition was the biggest show to date, welcoming more than 12,500 unique attendees and recording over 22,500 visits across three days. For 2027, the event moves to the RAI in Amsterdam, one of Europe’s premier convention and exhibition venues.

The Exhibition

PTE World is an industry sourcing ground for emerging and breakthrough innovations, system solutions and future strategic partnerships, with over 400 exhibitors showcasing the latest in airport terminal developments. The exhibition connects suppliers directly with key decision makers across all airport services, accelerating business relationships that drive results.

The expo floor draws a broad cross-section of the airport supply chain, with an audience that includes airline and airport management, airport project teams, architects, civil aviation authorities, construction companies, consulting engineers, government agencies, ground handling companies, passenger experience specialists, retail operators and sustainability professionals. Visitor entry to the exhibition is free of charge.

The Conference

The PTE World Conference runs concurrently across all three days and is widely regarded as the most comprehensive gathering of airport industry thinking in the world.
