The Massachusetts Airport Management Association (MAMA) has a membership which includes airport managers from most of the 37 public use airports within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, architectural/engineering firms, regional members of the Federal Aviation Administration, and numerous vendors that provide services and supplies to the aviation community. MAMA actively promotes and protects the interests of the aviation community. This task has been accomplished by maintaining a working relationship with governmental agencies such as local airport authorities, MassDOT/Aeronautics Division and the Federal Aviation Administration on matters that directly affect the aviation community.

Objectives:

• To strengthen MAMA and broaden it’s representation
• To increase public awareness of the economic and social benefits that General Aviation provides to the Commonwealth
• To maintain the viability of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation Aviation Division
